Cancellation Policy


We respectfully Require 1 day notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations are subject to a non-refundable or transferable fee*. 


Any extension appointments canceled within 2 days are subject to cancellation fee*.


A credit card will be asked to be put on file for all rebooking clients after a late cancellation, multiple cancellations, or no-show.



If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may have to reschedule your service(s).


No-shows will be subject to pay a 50% of the service total.



If you no-show or cancel your appointment we cannot guarantee that you will be able to rebook immediately with your preferred stylist. 

Credit cards will be put on file for color corrections, vivid colors, or if rescheduling after excessive cancellation.




Child Safety Policy

The safety of your little ones is our utmost concern.

In order to create a safe and relaxing atmosphere, Clean Beauty Boutique requests only well-behaved children over the age of 13 to accompany adults to appointments, if necessary. Those under the age of 13 who are not receiving a service are kindly asked to refrain from visiting Clean Beauty Boutique.

Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot tools, and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Personal Belongings Policy

Clean Beauty Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen items and any damage to clothing during color services.

Extension Policy

ALL EXTENSION SERVICES ARE FINAL SALE.  Extension services canceled within 2 days of scheduled appointment may result in a non-refundable cancellation fee* depending on the type of service booked.


If you chose to go over the recommended 6-8 week maintenance time frame for hand tied or tape extensions, you will subject to Clean Beauty's premium pricing which is at 1.5% of the total service cost. In an extreme case if maintenance is done properly we will do a removal but we may not reapply the hair extensions.

If you chose to go over the recommended 4-6 months time frame for fusion extensions you will be subject to Clean Beauty's premium pricing at 1.5% of the total removal cost. Waiting longer then recommended to remove fusion extensions can cause extreme matting and possible scalp damage. 

Organic Policy

Clean Beauty Boutique is not 100% organic. We strive to use the most organic-based products on the market, but unfortunately not every product can be made or manufactured as 100% organic. We provide clients with the most clean, safe, and organic-based options currently available.


Redo Policy

ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL SALE unless there's a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind on (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 2 days to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date. All corrective services will be preformed by the original stylist to be complimentary.

Return Policy

Hair Care can be returned up to 2 weeks after purchase date for a refund. 

All cosmetics and skincare are FINAL SALE

All hair extensions and hair pieces are FINAL SALE.

This includes hair wefts, Great Lengths, SHE, fusion brands, tape extensions, clip in hair extensions, clip in toppers, halos, pony tails, clip in bangs, and MicroLines hair toppers.
